You'd have to convert the RV-3 to giant scale RC model to carry
enough
fuel. Their rep at SNF told me their -4 is burning 14 GPH at 140
mph
(about 80-90 hp).

Isn't their engine
flying on a Piper of some type? 140 is probably close to max speed for
that type of plane, so it would be much more than 90 HP.
