A couple = of Velocity builders got burned bad. One builder put 15 thousand dollars = down toward the 300 horsepower version of the ATP turbine, and when the = delivery date came, he found that the 15thousand deposit (that was = supposed to go into an escrow account) had been spent, and they are not = going to produce the 300 hp version. Sorry, no refunds are available. I need to see more satisfied customers before I put a deposit = down on an engine that will be available in the near future. I like = cash and carry. Just my opinion.
