Tried to check the O2 sensor output using a flame from a propane torch.  Nothing.  I’ll probably try again to get a voltage reading at the sensor when I can run again.  It still gives close to full scale reading no matter what mixture setting.

Oops.  Still getting to know the EM2 display.  I guess I was looking at the fuel pressure bar thinking it was the mixture bar; which means I was getting no (zero) reading on the mixture because there was no bar there.  At least that’s consistent with the reading I got on the voltmeter.

Al,

It takes a while for the O2 sensor to put out a reliable reading.  I don’t get a stable reading on mine until about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.  You will probably get some sort of reading after a few seconds, but I wouldn’t put much faith in its’ accuracy.  Mine shows a very, very lean mixture while warming up.

Regards,

Steve

I’m using a heated sensor which should give readings very quickly.  I have relocated the O2 bung, and have a Bosch 11027 unheated sensor (Thanks Dave) to give that a try when I get up and running again.
