I think that 574 of those pulley messages were from me.  = ;-)  I=20 ended up using the Prelude H22A power steering pump pulley.  The = Prelude=20 p/s pulley matched the shaft diameter of my 55 amp Geo alternators and = the=20 overall diameter is about the 4.0".   The Geo's shaft diameter = is=20 smaller than the Mazda's. Also, the Prelude pulleys are of the multi-vee = type.  I thought I spotted a Prelude p/s pulley on Tracy's Renesis=20 engine.  You may want to visit your local auto-electric shop and = see what=20 they have.

Thanks=20 Mark.  I'd like to find a dual pulley, as opposed to multi-vee = (serpentine) if possible, since that's what my other pulleys are set up=20 for.   The local auto electric shop would certainly be the = place to=20 look, now that you mention it.  You don't happen to recall the = diameter of=20 the shaft do you?

I'm also=20 looking at a couple Meziere EWP's, and have an email in to them = about flow=20 restrictions and such.  At this point, I either want a second = belt=20 (cheapest, easiest) or another EWP in series with the mechanical=20 pump.

Thanks,
