Thanks
for all the help. I ordered my Walbro pumps for $119 each. I ordered
the fittings Rusty suggested below. Everything has showed up and guess
what, I've got more questions. :) First, on the pumps, it looks like the
fittings seal by crushing an aluminum washer. Would it be ok to put fuel
lube on the fitting also? Anybody know what torque value to use or is good
and tight sufficient? Second, on the filter (GF481), what seals the
fitting to the filter? That tiny O ring? The fitting bottoms out in
the filter by hand tightening. It doesn't seem right. What am I
missing? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info. I would like to keep it all AN
fittings since it will be in the cockpit. You wouldn't happen to have
part numbers or make and model of the filters. I could try to go into an
autoparts store but they aren't always friendly with R&D requests.

Hi
Ron,
Here's an entry from
my builders log that might help.
Decided on a fuel filter
finally. Found out that you can
buy the standard Chevy EFI filter for about $6 in any brand, and at any auto
parts store. It has an odd metric
thread on the ends that's 16mm x 1.5p, but there’s an AN adapter made for
it. Earls part number for the
adapter is 991955. The filter is-
AC Delco # GF481, Purolator # F33144.
Cheers,
Rusty
