Sorry to laugh, but this was so true it was hard to resist. Glad to hear that neither of these leaks caused any damage to you or the plane. It does sound like both were installation issues, and it's hard to tell what will be a problem sometimes. I have a couple items that concern me, and I can't do anything but watch them closely for signs of failure.
