Do you mean your throttle-body is spring loaded to to wide open if disconnected or were you refering to the metering pump which in stock cofiguration is spring loaded to the closed position if disconnected?    Clarification? Do you mean your throttle-body is spring loaded to to wide open if

disconnected or were you refering to the metering pump which in stock cofiguration

is spring loaded to the closed position if disconnected?
